Return policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from SIGNAL-ELECTRO (PTY) LTD only. By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy. If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, damaged, or the wrong size, we will happily refund or exchange within 30 days providing the item has not been used or installed in any way. Our policy lasts 30 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend. Cancel We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We also offer order adjustment service. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email or call as long as it has not been shipped. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. Refunds may take 3-5 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card. Please note that where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Signal-Electro (pty) Ltd will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We are always willing to work with customers to ensure that they make the most suitable purchase for their requirements. We encourage you to make your selection of items carefully before your purchase. If the thing is thought to be faulty, we will assess and troubleshoot the issue with you. However, you may want to return the item/s for reasons not related to warranty or rights under consumer law in some circumstances. In this case, you may return the item/s (unused) for an exchange or refund within 15 days from the purchase date. Please note that our Change of return policy will be voided, and no exchange or refund will be given if: 1. Used items
The item/s have been used. 2. Packaging
Not in their original packaging and of resalable condition. 3. Missing or damaged parts
Are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 4. Late returns
Returned more than 30 days after purchase date. 5. Return authorization
Do not have a return authorization number issued by us. Goods Damaged In Transit If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and provide proof of damage (e.g., pictures) straight away. Please do not tamper with the box until you have spoken to our customer service team member. Signal-Electro (pty) Ltd will either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Signal-Electro (pty) Ltd will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Return Shipping Costs – Who Pays? When Signal-Electro (pty) Ltd Pays For Return Shipping Signal-Electro will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return resulted from our error. Examples of instances may include: 1. Defective item
Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part. 2. Wrong item shipped
We shipped out the wrong item. 3. Wrong address
We shipped it to the wrong address. 4. Duplicate order
We shipped a duplicate order. 5. Malfunction during returns period
Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual). When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and customer pays shipping charges. Pre-paid return shipping labels are not provided in these instances. It is important to note that original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your total refund. Any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs. Examples of these customer returns may include: 1. Not satisfied
Buyers ("Not satisfied with performance", "Item doesn't fit me correctly", "Item doesn't meet my expectations", "I tried it, but I want something else", etc) 2. No longer want
No Reason / No Longer Want. 3. Misinterpretation
Misinterpretation of Product Description (failure to fully read item details/descriptions/features). 4. Cancellation after shipping
Order Cancellation after the item already shipped out. 5. Wrong purchase
Customer bought the wrong one or accidentally bought too many. 6. Wrong address provided
Customer accidentally provided wrong shipping address. After the 30 day returns period, customers may use the items Signal-Electro manufacturers product warranty period for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please see the manufacturers product warranty for details. Warranty Our products come with a standard 24-month warranty period. If you purchased any Signal-Electro product from an online store, please return the faulty product directly to the store you purchased along with your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or bank statement). Don't hesitate to contact us for damaged or missing Signal-Electro accessories and provide your order number and name. We will provide you with free replacement. NOTE: Do not return items to the address on the original package or the company address. Please contact Signal-Electro (pty) Ltd to get the shipping address.
