Shipping policy

With local warehouses in South Africa, we currently can deliver within South Africa and most African countries. If your country/region is not mentioned above, don't hesitate to contact us for shipping details before purchase.

1. We usually need 1 to 3 working days to process the order, and 2–5 days later you will receive your products depending on your location. If you are not in South Africa, the shipping time will take about 10–25 days.
2. Shipping can be delayed for objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notify our customers ahead of any delays. During the busy holiday season, processing times take longer than usual and some delays are to be expected.
3. Please note that each country has different rules regarding import duties and taxes. Duty free only for South Africa (the products will be sent out from our South African warehouse). Customs duties and taxes for other African countries are to be paid by the customer. For more information, please contact us.
4. As a few remote areas and cities may not support our shipping methods, we may charge you part of the freight fee before shipping. If you want to check whether there is an extra freight fee for your orders, please write an email or call with your country and postcode.
